Job summary

Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert psychiatric and medical nursing care. You will assess needs, plan and implement care, monitor progress, and educate patients and families while supervising nursing staff.

This full-time role requires ADN/BSN, Texas RN license, BLS/ACLS, CPI, and at least 2 years in behavioral health or related fields. Fluency in Spanish is a plus; strong communication and crisis intervention skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience, preferably in behavioral health.
• BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervise medication schedules.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver care.
