Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care within set timeframes and document findings.
• Oversee shift and supervise staff to ensure policy adherence.
• Delegate duties and monitor care quality and patient safety.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and notify physician as needed.
• Administer medications per hospital policy.
• Provide empathetic, dignified patient interactions.
• Deliver quality nursing care aligned with treatment goals.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.
