• Ensure exemplary patient care and nursing policy adherence by the team.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and notify physicians as required.
• Administer medications following hospital policy with accuracy and empathy.
• Deliver compassionate care respecting dignity and patient rights.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.
