Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver recovery‑focused psychiatric and medical nursing care. You will collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, support medication management, and assess changing needs to help individuals on their recovery journey.

You will build meaningful relationships, promote safety and well‑being, and apply trauma‑informed and culturally responsive care practices across programs; on‑site schedule

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented care and trauma-informed approaches.
• Proficient communication with individuals, families, and care teams.
• Ability to assess needs and document timely care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric and medical nursing care across assigned programs.
• Partner with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate individualized care.
• Support medication management and monitor changes in health or clinical status.
• Provide nursing assessment, education, intervention, and follow-up based on individual needs.
• Promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care practices.
• Advocate for individuals and help coordinate appropriate medical and psychiatric services.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, providers, and other care team members to support positive outcomes.
• Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for the individuals served.
