Job summary

Hope Network Professional Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, recovery-focused psychiatric and medical nursing care across our programs. You will collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams to coordinate treatment, support medication management, and assess changing needs to support personal recovery goals.

You will build meaningful relationships with individuals we serve while promoting safety, stability, independence, and overall well-being

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Experience with recovery-oriented care and trauma-informed approaches.
• Strong communication and collaboration with care teams.
• Comfort using technology and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric and medical nursing care across assigned programs.
• Partner with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate individualized care.
• Support medication management and monitor individuals for changes in health or clinical status.
• Provide nursing assessment, education, intervention, and follow-up based on individual needs.
• Promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care practices.
• Advocate for individuals and help coordinate appropriate medical and psychiatric services.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, providers, and other members of the care team to support positive outcomes.
• Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for the individuals we serve.
