Hope Network Professional Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, recovery-focused psychiatric and medical nursing care across our programs. You will collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams to coordinate treatment, support medication management, and assess changing needs to support personal recovery goals.

You will build meaningful relationships with individuals we serve while promoting safety, stability, independence, and overall well-being

Qualifikationen

• Active Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Experience with recovery-oriented care and trauma-informed approaches.
• Strong communication and collaboration with care teams.
• Comfort using technology and EHR systems.

• Provide psychiatric and medical nursing care across assigned programs.
• Partner with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate individualized care.
• Support medication management and monitor individuals for changes in health or clinical status.
• Provide nursing assessment, education, intervention, and follow-up based on individual needs.
• Promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care practices.
• Advocate for individuals and help coordinate appropriate medical and psychiatric services.

As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) , you'll provide compassionate, recovery-focused psychiatric and medical nursing care to individuals across our programs. You'll work closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate care, support medication management, assess changing needs, and help individuals achieve their personal recovery goals.

Anticipated Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday

On-call availability required, including nights, weekends, or holidays as assigned

What You'll Bring

Required:

• Active Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented care, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change, Trauma-Informed Care, Seeking Safety, and Family Psychoeducation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize competing needs, and meet documentation deadlines.
• Comfort using technology, electronic health records, Microsoft Office Suite, and other electronic systems.
• Demonstrated professionalism, emotional maturity, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.

Preferred:

• 4 yrs. of psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience
