Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients.
• Gather data from history and physical assessment to plan and intervene.
• Develop, evaluate and revise patient plans of care.
• Document patient progress and care provided.
• Direct and supervise others in delegated nursing activities.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care.
• Manage time and resources to deliver care.
• Administer medications and provide direct patient care.
• Lead the health care team and serve as a resource for shift.
