Job summary

Hartford HealthCare in Connecticut is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Greater Manchester Region. This role utilizes the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient-centered care with a shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., on an alternating weekend and holiday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and have a current Registered Nurse license with the state of Connecticut.
• Must have certification in BLS upon hire and maintain clinical competency during employment.
• Must be trained in CPI and de-escalation techniques and receive certification within 3 months of hiring into the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team and communicate changes in condition.
• Create and maintain a safe, structured and therapeutic milieu with age-appropriate care.
