Hartford HealthCare in Connecticut is hiring a Registered Nurse in the Greater Manchester Region. Location: 31 Union Street, Manchester, CT.

Evening shift 3p-11:30p, every other weekend and every other holiday. Utilizing the nursing process, you will provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu for the behavioral health population.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and have a current Registered Nurse license with the state of Connecticut.
• Must have certification in BLS upon hire and maintain clinical competency during employment.
• Must be trained in CPI and de-escalation techniques and receive certification within 3 months of hiring into the role.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Create and maintain a safe, structured milieu with age-appropriate behavioral management.
