Job summary

El Dorado Springs is a Behavioral Health hospital in Tucson, Arizona, seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift. This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants and a 3x12 schedule (7 p.m.

– 7:30 a.m.) with some weekend shifts focused on compassionate, patient-centered care. Joining Lifepoint Health, you will contribute to safe, evidence-based care, lead with teamwork, and support patients through acute mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Associate degree from accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification required; de-escalation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Arizona or compact multi-state RN license required.
• 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings.
• Demonstrate leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks and supervision.
• Oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and exemplary patient care.
• Follow hospital policy for medication administration.
