Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and an active Arizona RN license (or compact license).
• BSN and 1–3 years of healthcare experience—particularly in behavioral health or crisis settings—are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Carry out provider orders and support medication-assisted treatment programs.
• Participate in crisis stabilization services and collaborate with clinical staff.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care across residential, outpatient, inpatient, and crisis settings.
