Qualifications

• Six months of nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team for a diverse patient population.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate, and coordinate care delivered by other caregivers.
• Support ongoing education and collaborative practice to improve patient outcomes.
