Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the New Journeys program within community settings. You will perform symptom and medication assessment, coordinate care with psychiatrists and the treatment team, and provide education to clients and families.

Requirements include WA RN licensure, active BLS, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between sites. Starting pay ranges from $39.61 to $48.26 per hour, with 0.5 FTE and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the State of Washington (active).
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to use personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients weekly for initial month, then biweekly and monthly check-ins.
• Provide symptom and medication assessment, education, and management.
• Coordinate with Psychiatrist and hospital for care and safety plans.
• Administer medications per order and ensure timely refills.
• Engage with client’s support network and community resources.
• Maintain confidential client records and complete documentation.
• Travel to community settings daily; work in home, office, or community locations.
