Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a Care Navigator in Spokane to engage clients, provide referrals to primary care and FBH services, and coordinate scheduling across EMRs. The role demands strong communication, empathy, and reliability, with travel to various sites as needed.

This is a community-focused position within a non-profit health system. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience.
• Must have unrestricted and valid driver’s license with willingness to use personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals enrolled in services and provide referrals to primary health care or FBH partnerships.
• Coordinate appointments using EMRs and scheduling systems.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and positive attitude with internal/external customers.
• Communicate clearly and promptly, maintaining confidentiality.
• Travel to see clients in the community and between work sites.
