Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an RN to join the Behavioral Health team in a community-based outreach role. The RN Outreach program delivers comprehensive, individualized services to people with severe mental illness who have not succeeded in traditional outpatient treatment.

Driving between locations is a key function of this position. The RN must hold a Washington RN license or MLS endorsement and a current BLS certification, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 1 year of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or obtained within five years from hire date.
• Advanced nursing degree preferred (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP).
• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of experience with seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals in psychiatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
