SEARHC in Alaska seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan, aligned with organizational standards and evidence-based practice. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while delivering culturally sensitive services in collaboration with providers.

The role includes medication management, documentation in the electronic health record, and daily clinic operations with a focus on safety, quality, and team coordination.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska or another US state.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Clinical competency must be demonstrated within 3 months and every 3 years.
• High-risk competency required within 3 months and annually.

Mansioni

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care.
• Administers medications and treatments per orders.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR.
• Collaborates with providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Provides patient and family education.
