Job summary

SEARHC is hiring an RN to deliver comprehensive patient care across the lifespan in Alaska. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and positive patient experiences.

You will administer medications, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records within a culturally respectful, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing and Alaska RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required at hire; case management cert preferred.
• Compliance with Alaska BON-aligned nursing judgments and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Implements nursing interventions and evaluates patient responses.
• Administers medications and treatments per orders and policy.
• Recognizes condition changes and escalates care when needed.
• Provides patient and family education related to care and discharge.
• Delivers culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
