Acadia Healthcare's ECU Behavioral Health Hospital in Greenville, NC is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the night shifts. Responsibilities include staffing, patient safety, and coordination with treatment teams to meet residents’ needs.

The role requires an RN with a BSN preferred, CPR and de-escalation training, and leadership experience in a psychiatric setting. Full-time, night shifts with weekend rotation are available.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current registered nursing license in State of facility required.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience preferred; 1 year required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and ensure adequate staffing.
• Lead delivery of behavioral health services with professional attitude toward patients.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and nursing standards.
