Job summary

Recovery Centers of America is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support our addiction treatment and recovery programs. You will perform intake assessments, develop tailored care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the state, with 2+ years in behavioral health or 5+ years in supervision, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the relevant state.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health or 5 years in supervisory roles.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation.
• CARN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments through interviews with patients and relatives to gather case history.
• Provide individualized care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on mental health, addiction treatment, and care needs.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain confidential documentation.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment respecting dignity and diversity.
