Job summary

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct psychiatric nursing services to adults with mental illness and substance use disorders in Clermont County, OH. This full-time role supports medication education, coordination with medical specialists, and holistic patient care.

Qualifications

Licensure by the Ohio Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
Experience with individuals who have substance use disorders and/or co-occurring disorders is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provides direct services to patients within a psychiatric nursing focus, including medication education and monitoring.
Promotes holistic healthcare in collaboration with other disciplines and coordinates with Primary Care and Medical Specialists for chronic conditions.
Administers psychiatric medications, including injections, and tracks refills or injection due dates.
