Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Behavioral Health to provide compassionate home-based care across our service area. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing services.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted state RN license
• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Willing to travel 50% within branch/office coverage area
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assess behavioral health patients and families to identify needs
• Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate care
• Communicate findings to supervisor and care team
• Teach and support staff and families in care plans
• Provide bereavement support at time of death
