AdventHealth in Hinsdale, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift in Behavioral Health. The role includes supervising staff, assisting physicians, and developing patient care plans. Starting pay is $37.50/hour with room for clinical ladder growth.

Formación

• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills to navigate Windows-based programs.
• RN license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to and participates in unit and hospital code situations.
• Supervises licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in care delivery.
• Assists physicians with bedside procedures as prescribed.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments, including IV infusions and oxygen.
• Provides education on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintains a safe patient care environment and uses restraints/fall precautions.
• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments and reports to physicians.
• Monitors lab work, reports abnormal results, and initiates interventions.
• Communicates patient responses to care plans to the team.
