Job summary

Paycom seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to support integrated, whole-person care at Park Place Recovery Center in Scottsville, KY. The RN coordinates behavioral and physical health services, manages referrals, and provides clinical oversight to LPNs in a CCBHC setting.

This 2nd shift role (2:00pm–10:30pm, Mon-Fri with on-call every other weekend) requires a 2-year nursing degree, KY RN license, and experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in nursing; behavioral health or case management preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN license in Kentucky or Compact State; BLS/CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and screenings for physical and behavioral needs.
• Administer and monitor psychiatric medications, including injections.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement individualized plans.
• Educate clients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and options.
• Coordinate care transitions and track referrals and outcomes.
