Job summary

Paycom in Scottsville, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). The RN coordinates behavioral and physical health services, oversees nursing staff, and guides LPNs to ensure high-quality, integrated care for clients with mental health or substance use disorders.

You will manage referrals, monitor outcomes, educate clients and families, and ensure HIPAA compliance while working with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinic

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; behavioral health or case management preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care practices.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and referral tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for physical and behavioral health needs.
• Administer psychiatric medications, including injections, and monitor effects.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate referrals for specialty care, social services, and housing.
• Monitor referral outcomes and document in the EHR.
