Job summary

Copa Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Assertive Clinical Treatment Team in Arizona. The role emphasizes promoting health, independence, and quality of life through clinical care, behavioral support, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The RN will educate on health management, assess participant needs, and coordinate with a broad care network to ensure comprehensive, person-centered services. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the State of Arizona.
• Minimum of one year experience in psychiatric or behavioral health services with individuals with SMI, SED, or intellectual/developmental disabilities. Community-based experience preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance card issued by AZ DPS or eligible to receive one within eight weeks of hire
• Must have reliable transportation and valid AZ Driver’s License with state minimum insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provides education on behavioral symptom management, medication, and chronic health conditions.
• Assesses, plans, and documents service participant health, psychiatric and social support needs.
• Conducts comprehensive physical and mental health assessments.
• Conducts and monitors vitals and any recommended testing per physician orders.
• Coordinates care with primary care providers, specialists, and care teams, including communication with clinics and hospitals.
• Attends community-based health appointments with participants as needed.
• Participates in telephone on-call as needed for staff questions.
