Job summary

RHA Health Services in Raleigh, NC seeks a Behavioral Health Residential Home Manager to supervise the residential team, help manage operations, staffing and program budgets, and support the Program Manager. The ideal candidate is caring, compassionate, patient and maintains a calming demeanor in times of stress.

This role emphasizes person-centered planning, staff development, and ensuring compliance with licensing and audits. On-call leadership and occasional travel are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years working in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general oversight of day-to-day activities within the program including the development of person-centered plans and ensuring residents are working towards their goals. (25%)
• Assist in resolving employee issues and conducting performance reviews, ensuring that employees meet training requirements and attend required events. (20%)
• Assist the Behavioral Health Program Manager in monitoring select budget items and staying within RHA guidelines. Staff oversight and payroll. (20%)
• Responsible for external audits/licensing and plans of correction to improve program performance. (25%)
• Provide after hours and on-call coverage as part of the leadership rotation. (10%)
• Provide performance evaluations and assist in disciplinary actions with employees Travel-5%
