Job summary

Sierra Health and Wellness is seeking a Residential Care Technician to provide high-quality patient care in a safe, supportive living environment. The role includes health monitoring, documentation, ADL assistance, and transportation under supervision.

You will observe patient conditions, document observations, and assist with medication administration while following program procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Med-tech or CNA certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a safe therapeutic environment.
• Monitor client health, document observations, and report concerns to staff.
• Assist clients with ADLs (mobility, toileting, bathing, meals).
• Take vital signs, perform wellness checks, and document per procedures.
• Observe and document client self-administration of medications.
• Respond to crises according to protocols.
