Job summary

View Behavioral Health is seeking a Regulatory Coordinator to ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards across our Long Beach facilities. You will monitor regulatory requirements, help prepare documentation for surveys, and coordinate corrective actions with multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has a detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical abilities, and experience in healthcare regulatory environments, including behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services, business administration, public health, nursing, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent education and relevant healthcare compliance experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applicable federal, state, county, licensing, and accreditation requirements affecting behavioral health and psychiatric services.
• Assist with regulatory filings, reports, renewals, certifications, and required submissions.
• Maintain tracking systems for regulatory findings, deficiencies, corrective action plans, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct audits and readiness activities for surveys, inspections, and external audits.
• Identify compliance deficiencies and communicate findings to leadership and implement corrective actions.
