Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts in Loveland, CO. The RN will oversee medical services for a caseload, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and EMR experience (KIPU preferred). Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and paid time off; compensation is $33–$52 per hour plus shift

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and inform the multidisciplinary team of significant observations.
• Administer medications and provide education to patients.
• Utilize de-escalation to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Develop and communicate admission, orientation, and discharge plans.
• Collaborate on treatment plans and discharge planning with the team.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report maintenance needs.
• Take vital signs and document in patient records.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and regulations.
• Monitor patients and adjust medical interventions as needed.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, and progress in records.
• Maintain professional boundaries and rapport with patients.
• Participate in QA and compliance activities.
• Provide medical updates for utilization review and managed care coordination.
• Adhere to company policies and protect patient confidentiality.
