Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and establish treatment goals aligned with Lakeside Behavioral Health System philosophy.
• Provide physical therapy treatment and document findings within an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Coordinate with other clinicians to integrate care and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and comply with facility policies and regulations.
