Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced, individual contributor to manage relationships with Behavioral Health providers and groups. The role involves navigating Medicaid policies, contract language, and provider education while collaborating with internal teams.

The position requires strong communication, problem-solving and the ability to travel up to 50-80% within the defined territory; a Louisiana-residency and relevant healthcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' work experience in healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Medicaid Managed Care servicing providers.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with providers and contracts in behavioral health.
• Working knowledge of segment codes, products, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes interactions with assigned providers and internal partners to build productive relationships.
• Monitors service capabilities and collaborates cross-functionally to meet needs and resolve escalated issues.
• Supports operational activities such as database management and contract coordination.
• Performs credentialing support activities as needed.
• Educates Medicaid providers to ensure compliance with contract policies and parameters.
