Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with Medicaid providers and groups.
• Resolve issues related to Medicaid policies, contracts and provider education needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet provider and contract needs.
• Perform credentialing support activities as needed.
• Educate providers to ensure compliance with contract policies and plan design.
