Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' healthcare experience.
• At least 3 years Medicaid Managed Care experience servicing providers with contract exposure.
• Minimum 2 years working with providers and contracts in behavioral health.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel 50–80% within the defined territory.
• Candidates must reside in Louisiana and in one of the specified parishes.

Responsibilities

• Optimize interactions with providers and internal teams.
• Monitor service capabilities; resolve escalated claims and contract issues.
• Support operational activities including database management and contract coordination.
• Perform credentialing support as needed.
• Educate Medicaid providers on contract policies and processes.
• Meet with providers to ensure service levels.
• Lead provider meeting agendas and materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on large provider implementations to manage costs.
