Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Washington County, OH, seeks a County Supervisor to lead a team of behavioral health professionals delivering home- and community-based services. You will guide operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, compliant care.

The role requires knowledge of Medicaid and HIPAA, strong communication, and experience with EHR systems. Travel within the service area is expected.

Qualifications

High school degree or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, business, public administration, healthcare administration, or another related field preferred.
3 years of direct relevant experience in healthcare, behavioral health or related fields.
Experience with Electronic Health Record systems is required.

Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day operations of the assigned service area and programs.
Supervises and coordinates staff activities including trainings, team meetings, interdepartmental communication.
Assigns caseloads and duties to assigned staff.
Continuous audit of utilization reports and client charts for accuracy and quality of service.
Monitor and evaluate productivity requirements of direct reports.
Responsible for performance management, recruitment, onboarding and team development.
Responsible for adherence by direct reports of all agency policy and procedures.
HIPAA compliance and privacy standards adherence.
Travel within designated service area.
