The Department of Social Services in Hartford is seeking a Social Services Program Administration Manager (Behavioral Health Manager) to lead behavioral health program operations and guide staff. • Nine years of professional experience delivering social services programs or policies.
• One year in managerial or consultative capacity with regional or statewide responsibility.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Five to seven years in behavioral health policy or program administration (preferred).
• Experience overseeing behavioral health service delivery systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of federal/state behavioral health regulations, Medicaid authorities, and value-based payment models (preferred).
