Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join the interdisciplinary treatment team in Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs.

The role coordinates with the RN Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician, Patient Care Technician, Registered Nurse, and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner to ensure a safe environment and high-quality care for all patients in their assigned program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree in business or healthcare preferred.
• 1+ years of health care related work experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis scenarios.
• 1+ years leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the RN Supervisor, BHC, PCT, RN and BHMP to ensure a safe environment and quality care.
• Provide oversight to the intake and discharge process and to support staff in patient throughput.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team in Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs.
