Job summary

STR Bucks County is seeking a Program Manager to supervise the Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) at a Levittown facility. You will train, schedule, and directly supervise the team, working with the Executive Director to maintain client safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years in Health & Human Service field.
• At least 1 year of supervision experience.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and acceptable driving record.
• Background clearance, TB test, and mandatory state/federal requirements.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate supervision for BHTs to ensure client safety.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and annual evaluations.
• Lead BHTs meetings and drive performance improvement activities.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure emotional support for clients.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate administrative duties including scheduling and recurring duties.
• Represent BHTs in treatment team and leadership meetings.
