Job summary

The Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) Program Manager oversees the day-to-day clinical and business operations of their assigned site/program(s).

The Program manager’s primary role is to oversee staff who are working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community as well as increase income stability. The Program Manager will ensure that staff are providing quality support services and housing resources to all clients and guide staff in understanding program processes and services

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a behavioral health field.
• Experience working with specialty populations (e.g., SUD, SMI, children, adolescents).
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations of assigned site/program(s).
• Oversee staff who provide housing resources and support to help clients obtain and maintain housing and income stability.
• Ensure staff deliver quality support services and guide programs' processes and services.
• Track client paperwork and referrals, and submit required reports and deliverables to leadership.
