Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking a Program Manager BHT to oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations at the assigned site.

You will lead staff delivering housing resources and income stability support to clients, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to program processes. You will track client paperwork, data and referrals, prepare reports for leadership, and collaborate with internal teams and community partners to expand housing options and outcomes for individuals

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• With one year of management experience, preferably in crisis or medical settings, or a Bachelor’s degree in business or behavioral health.
• 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health required.
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health or substance use preferred.
• Data management including proficiency in Excel and reporting preferred.
• BHT certification required per policy and procedures.

Program Manager BHT

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization offering a full continuum of care, including a variety of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma and District of Columbia. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary

The Community Bridges, Inc., (CBI) Program Manager oversees the day to day clinical and business operations of their assigned site/program(s). The Program manager's primary role is to oversee staff who are working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community as well as increase income stability. The Program Manager will ensure that staff are providing quality support services and housing resources to all clients and guide staff in understanding program processes and services available for their target population/demographic. The Program Manager is responsible for building a cohesive team that works collaboratively with internal teams as well as community stakeholders to provide quality care. The Program Manager will be responsible for tracking necessary client paperwork and referrals through reporting and will submit reports and deliverables to leadership as required.

Skills/Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred. With one (1) year of management experience, preferably in a facility-based crisis or medical facility setting or a Bachelor’s degree in business or a field related to behavioral health.


• 1-3 year of experience in the behavioral health required


• Lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders, homelessness, family members and veterans preferred.


• Data management including proficiency in excel and other reporting programming preferred.


• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures, is required.


• Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing).


• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.


• Peer Certification preferred.
