Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical and business operations at their site/programs.

The role focuses on staff helping members obtain and maintain housing and increasing income stability, while ensuring quality support services and housing resources. You will build a cohesive team, coordinate with internal teams and community stakeholders, and track client paperwork and referrals, delivering required reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a behavioral health field required.
• Experience working with specialty populations (i.e., SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations of assigned site/program(s).
• Oversee staff who work with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community and increase income stability.
• Ensure staff provide quality support services and housing resources; guide staff on program processes and services.
• Build a cohesive team that collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders to provide quality care.
• Track client paperwork and referrals through reporting and submit reports/deliverables to leadership.
