Qualifications

• Licensed mental health clinician with a master's degree or RN with 2+ years behavioral health experience.
• 5+ years of post-licensure experience and 5+ years of leadership.
• Proficiency with computer applications and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise clinical staff to deliver quality decision-making and documentation
• Support authorization and utilization management for inpatient and outpatient care
• Analyze data and prepare reports to coach team performance
• Collaborate with training and quality teams for process improvement
• Identify trends and implement interventions in a positive environment
• Ensure timely and appropriate services in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Support team operations and provide clinical support as needed

Education

Master's degree in mental health or related field

RN license
