Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Active licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) as required by state regulations.
• 2–4+ years of clinical behavioral health experience with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision & Support: Supervise and support behavioral health staff; conduct supervision sessions; provide coaching and evaluations; assist onboarding and training.
• Clinical Oversight: Review assessments and treatment plans; guide complex cases; ensure evidence-based practices; support crisis intervention.
• Program Operations: Oversee daily workflow and scheduling; monitor caseloads; implement policies; contribute to program development.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure regulatory/ethical standards; participate in audits and chart reviews; address compliance issues.
• Collaboration & Communication: Liaise between staff and leadership; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; communicate updates.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Assist reporting and data tracking; support hiring processes; contribute to budgeting awareness.
