Lifepoint Behavioral Health seeks a Program Director of Behavioral Health to lead the program at Maria Parham Franklin in Louisburg, North Carolina. The role combines strategic direction, clinical oversight, and administrative leadership to deliver high-quality behavioral health services in a rural hospital setting.

The incumbent will oversee operations, regulatory compliance, and staff development while aligning with Lifepoint Health’s mission to improve community health.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant clinical field.
• Licensure in State of Practice required.
• Licensed Master’s level clinician (LMSW/LCSW/LICSW) or BSN preferred.
• Three years of behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic, operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for the behavioral health program.
• Coordinate program operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient-centered services.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, accreditation compliance, and quality improvement activities.
• Lead collaboration with hospital and community stakeholders to strengthen services in a rural community.
