• Master's degree required.
• Licensure in State of Practice required.
• Licensed Master’s level clinician required (LMSW/LCSW/LICSW/BSN).
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Three (3) years of behavioral health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, clinical and administrative leadership for the behavioral health program within an acute rural hospital setting.
• Plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate operations to ensure safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, medical staff, patients, families and community partners to strengthen services.
