Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with LCSW-R or doctoral degree in psychology/psychiatry or related field.
• Must be licensed to practice in New York.
• Minimum 4 years of full-time clinical management experience in an OMH-licensed or FQHC setting.
• Experience in an integrated behavioral health model and knowledge of NYS Art 28, 31, 32 regulations.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Cultural and linguistic sensitivity to populations served; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Subject to drug screening, medical exam and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Behavioral Health Department, including patient care and staffing.
• Develop staffing standards and ensure alignment with credentials and patient care needs.
• Prepare and monitor department budget and fiscal performance.
• Collaborate with other departments and agencies to improve efficiencies.
