Job summary

Total Care ABA in Maine is hiring Behavioral Health Professionals to provide 1:1 ABA services in children’s homes, schools, and communities. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized treatment plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Current BHP certification required; we can help you obtain certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data related to client progress.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes, schools, and communities throughout Maine.

As a BHP, you'll work directly with children and families while receiving ongoing support and guidance from experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach
• A genuine interest in helping children and families succeed

Flexible Schedule Options

Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time: 10–20 hours per week

Services are provided in person throughout Maine.
