Total Care ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Professionals to deliver 1:1 ABA services to children in homes, schools, and communities across Maine. You will work under the guidance of experienced BCBAs and help kids learn communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay ($21–$30/hour), and full-time or part-time options with paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current BHP certification required — we can help you obtain certification if needed!
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required
• Experience working with individuals with autism or development disabilities is a plus
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach
• A genuine interest in helping children and families succeed

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document data related to client progress
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team
• Support each child's individual goals and progress
