Total Care ABA is hiring a Behavioral Health Professional to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings in Maine. You will implement BCBA-developed plans and collect progress data, helping children reach their goals with supportive mentorship.

The role emphasizes travel to local sites, flexible part-time hours, and ongoing professional development to grow within a compassionate, family-focused team.

Qualifications

• Current BHP certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Passion for helping children and families succeed.

As a growing provider of in-home and in-school ABA services throughout Maine, we are looking for caring and dedicated Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to join our supportive, family-focused team.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy, work closely with children and families, and receive guidance and mentorship from experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You'll Do

Behavioral Health Professional

• Must hold a current BHP Certification
• Must Reside in Maine
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team to ensure successful outcomes.
