Job summary

Total Care ABA seeks a dedicated Behavioral Health Professional to join our Maine team in North Berwick. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current BHP certification required.
• Must reside in Maine.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

As a growing provider of in-home and in-school ABA services throughout Maine, we are looking for caring and dedicated Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to join our supportive, family-focused team.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy, work closely with children and families, and receive guidance and mentorship from experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings


• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA


• Collect, record, and report data on client progress


• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills

Screener questions:

• Must hold a current BHP Certification


• Must Reside in Maine


• Build positive relationships with children and their families


• Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team to ensure successful outcomes.
