Job summary

The Health Care Authority in New Mexico is seeking an OSAP Supervisor, Program Management, to oversee behavioral health prevention programs and related grants across the state. Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines.
• Understanding of Federal and State regulation governing behavioral health services.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and data outputs for grants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee behavioral health programs as they relate to prevention and overdose prevention services.
• Develop goals and objectives that align with statutes, grants, and agency mission.
• Develop policies and strategic prevention framework for behavioral health services.
• Oversee Behavioral Health Collaborative activities.
• Supervise budget, funding streams, grant and contract requirements for federally funded grants.
• Interpret federal grant requirements, set priorities and expected outcomes.
• Organize inter-agency team meetings and lead behavioral health projects.
• Manage contracts, budgeting, invoicing, and data outputs.
• Attend collaborative meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Oversee preparation of RFPs, RFAs, and partnerships expanding services state-wide.
